There has been a lot of chatter out there about Facebook randomly requesting users sent them a photo of themselves to verify their identity. When they reject that photos they as for a government ID. This happened to me. I refuse to give them a copy of my ID. So where did this come from and what algorithm are they using to decide who’s account they will require this from. Oh, and while all this is going on….your account is disabled. I have friends who were blocked, they don’t have any photos of themselves on their account, they like to be anonymous. Now they are permanently blocked from Facebook. Is it just me or does it seem like Facebook is engaging in censorship? Does their algorithm look for certain people or demographics. This needs to be investigated further.
Facebook disables accounts after not accepting photo requested.
