Do you have to be an “active” cancer patient to qualify for a card? That is, actually going through treatment? I obviously see cannabis as preventative as well as direct medicine, but I don’t know how states/feds see it. I’m in Ohio where I think the MMJ scene is slowly starting to get its shit together. I went through several years of cancer treatment and finally after a few longer term CT scans I seem to be in the clear!!! How does this news affect me though if I want to apply for a card so I can get it as medicine?
[MMJ card question] I’m a recovering cancer patient and it looks like I might actually be okay… Do I still qualify?
